The following sections outline your rights regarding your dealings with our company.
Delivery of Goods
We make every effort to get your goods to you in a reasonable time frame. We use Royal Mail and reputable courier companies to deliver your goods. Sometimes these services may be subject to delays beyond our control. We will not refund delivery charges should any such delays occur.
If an item is marked as ‘In stock’, it will be dispatched within one working day. Other items will have their estimated dispatch lead times detailed on the product page. Please allow 7 working days plus the lead time specified on the product page for receipt of your goods. If they have not arrived within this timescale, please contact us and we will investigate.
Please note that it is your responsibility to supply us with an accurate delivery address, and we cannot accept responsibility for any problems that occur due to our being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Receiving your goods
Please take care when opening your package, as most of the items we sell are metallic and may have sharp edges. We do not accept responsibility for any injury you may sustain in handling you goods, so please take care and if you are unsure then please use the services of a skilled repair person.
Please check your goods carefully on receipt, and if they are damaged, then please contact us withing 24 hours of delivery. If you do not contact us withing this time frame we will be unable to refund you for damaged goods.
All prices on this website are subject to change at any time without notification. On rare occasions it may be necessary for us to amend an order due to updated pricing from our suppliers. Should this happen we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order should you so wish.
All prices include VAT.
If you have ordered an incorrect item or change your mind, you may return the unused product within 7 working days and receive a refund of the price excluding shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please send us an email if you would like to return your goods, and we will give you instructions on returning them to us. We will refund you when we have received and checked the returned goods.
You must have diagnosed the fault before ordering from us. We do not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during fitting. If the item shows signs of attempted fitting, it will not be accepted for a refund.
Please make sure that you are ordering the correct part when you place your order, and be sure that you have correctly diagnosed the fault with your device.
